Venue Liaison

At Ability we work with a lot of the well-respected venues, event managers and facilities management companies. To help ensure the smooth running of your event, we will work closely in liaison with other third party outfits on your behalf to ensure continuous lines of communication and an ultimate successful outcome.

Space Planning

When planning an event, why not talk to us early? If you have a particular venue in mind based around a certain type of activity and number of guests, our experienced team will work with you to assist in concept design and space planning to arrive at the best layout. Getting the right size venue and flow makes all the difference, and as no doubt, some of you know, it’s not as easy as it looks.

At ABILITY, we have our finger on the venue pulse, so if someone let’s you down, we always have an alternative VENUE in mind. We call it the ABILITY PLAN B, but in order to deliver this service, clearly we need to be in touch with some of the biggest, best, and most efficient event suppliers in the business, at the same time, we are happy to work with anyone if you have particular specialist SUPPLIERS in mind for certain items. As a company, you’ll find it hard to match our special FLEXIBILITY package, a unique business-to-business event management TOOLKIT, built around you.

Delivery & Collection

Some companies overlook the importance of delivery and collection, but ABILITY take this very seriously. For us, the event begins with your concept and the delivery of the goods. It doesn’t end until everything is collected ‘on-time’ and back at our warehouse and thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the next ABILITY customer.

Setting Out & Installation

Similarly, with setting out and installation, it is essential that the groundwork is done in advance. Ability offer a full set-out and installation service to ensure everything goes according to plan.
